MSS&hello jobs公佈《2022 MSS & Hello Jobs澳門薪酬加幅及年底花紅調查報告》 MSS&hello jobs release “2022 MSS & Hello Jobs Macau Salary Increment and Annual Bonus Survey Report”

MSS Recruitment 及 哈囉好工網於2021年10月就「2022 MSS & Hello Jobs澳門薪酬加幅及年底花紅意向」調查了超過80間企業。結果顯示受訪企業計劃來年打工仔平均薪酬加幅為+1.82%,較2021年的+1.3%上升0.52%,而受訪企業計劃平均年底花紅為0.75個月,較2020年度的0.68個月輕微上升0.07個月。

In October 2021, over 80 organisations participated in the “2022 MSS & Hello Jobs Macau Salary Increment and Annual Bonus Survey”. The results show the average planned salary increment of surveyed organisations is +1.82%. This planned increment is 0.52% higher vs. 2021 (+1.3%). The average planned bonus of surveyed organisations for FY2021 is 0.75 months This planned bonus is similar to bonus in FY2020 at 0.68 months (slight increase of 0.07months).

整體薪酬調整方面, 42.37%的受訪企業表示冇計劃調整薪酬,較2021年的51.32%有所改善,反映2021年的商業環境較2020年更樂觀。

Referring to overall salary adjustment, the result show that 42.37% of surveyed organisations indicate no plan to increase salary, this is an improvement over 2020, where over 51.32% of organisations did not increase salary. This reflected a more positive business climate in 2021 vs 2020.

年底花紅派發方面, 35.59%的受訪企業表示冇計劃就2021年的業績派發年底花紅,與2020年的35.53%接近持平。

Referring to overall annual bonus payout, the result show that 35.59% of surveyed organisations indicate no plan to give bonus for 2021 performance. This is similar to the surveyed results in 2020 for bonus payout where 35.53% indicate no bonus payout.

MSS Recruitment 及 哈囉好工網執行董事屠佶佶表示:「2022 MSS & Hello Jobs澳門薪酬加幅及年底花紅調查結果反映許多企業以審慎樂觀的態度迎接新一年,2022年平均計劃加薪(1.82%)較2021年(1.3%)有所上升更是市場重新出現審慎樂觀態度的跡象。然而,就2020年和2021年計劃年底花紅相近可以看出僱主因應市場環境對花紅持慎重態度,並打算以與去年相近的花紅計劃留住員工,展望2022年的轉變。MSS期待僱主和打工仔有更好的2022年,希望過往與疫情共存的經驗能讓企業在後疫情時期更好地管理和發展業務。」

“The results from the 2022 MSS & Hello Jobs Macau Salary Increment and Annual Bonus Survey highlighted that many organisations approached 2022 with cautious optimism, the increase in the 2022 Average Planned Salary Increment(1.82%) vs 2021 (1.3%) is a positive indication of renewed cautious optimism in the market. However similar sentiments on Bonus Payout in 2020 and 2021 shows employers are retaining their employees in the jobs but due to the business climate, are being prudent on bonus, waiting to see what 2022 will brings.
